I assume that's where they'll be showing the preview. There's a PAX South coming up in January that I am planning on going to. I don't know if Klei will show up to that one, though. And as per this site, "Summer ends" or "Fall Begins" at September 23 at 02:29 UTC/GMT. Which as Klei is -7 GMT (as am I,) is 7:29 PM September 22 2014.
